Feedback

Two routes, depending on what you have.

Two minutes

General feedback survey

Eight quick questions: usefulness, realism, ease of use, your favourite mode, problems you hit, and whether you would recommend it. This is the one most people should use.

Five minutes

Report something specific

A wrong answer, unsafe content, an examiner that misbehaved, or a bug. Use the builder below to capture the detail that makes it reproducible, then send it through the survey.

Build a report ↓

Found something clinically unsafe or wrong? Use the report builder. Those are reviewed by a clinician before any change is made, and detail is what makes that possible.

Do not enter patient names, identifiers, record numbers or any identifiable patient information — here or in the coach.

Report builder

Fill this in, copy it, paste it into the survey.

Nothing is transmitted from this page. It formats your report so nothing important gets left out, then hands it to you as text.

What kind of issue?

Your judgement is enough. Nobody is grading the classification.

The detail

This is what makes a problem reproducible.

What happens to it. Reports of clinically unsafe content are reviewed by a clinician before any change is made. Everything else is triaged and batched into the next content pass. You will not always get a reply, but every report is read.
